Antique Belgian Wardrobe in Billericay, Essex for sale
Beautiful antique Belgian wardrobe We've enjoyed this wardrobe for a number of years but unfortunately it doesn't have a place in our new home, so we've decided to pass it on for someone else to enjoy. We've tried to show all of its beauty, character, patina and blemishes in the photos. It really is lovely. There are some stains on the right hand side...we had this side against the wall so it never bothered us. Also, there are a couple of splits in the wood that are commensurate with age and could be repaired. We never bothered for 2 reasons - firstly, they aren't overly visible when the 2 sides of the split are butted up to each other / secondly, I didn't want to make a mess if I didn't do it properly. A rail will be supplied. As you can see from a couple of the photos, the wardrobe breaks down to lots of component parts, making transport much easier than with bulky modern units.
